Dear Madam/Sir
Ive been calling tata sky customer care since 10 days and asking them to send a technician but they are not responding properly and till now they have not sent a technician. Ive paid my bill the amount has been getting deducted everyday but a technician is not showing up to fix the DTH. The customer care people are just saying The problem will be fixed ASAP within 24 hours and stuff but till now no one has showed up. And when i called right now to complain again and told them that if the technician is not sent i will change the service and lodge a complain against them for their poor service to which the customer care replied very rudely saying where will you complain and what can you do. I request you to kindly take necessary action regarding this matter. I also need my payment back as they have been deducting the money from my account on daily basis.
