This is regarding my complaint for tata sky
My register account is on my dad’s number.
Before 2 months we have taken tata sky service. A man had done installation at my place and also kept another remote wire and adapter for amazon service. My parents said we don’t need this. Still man said it’s one month free and he will take it after 1 month.
He called us after one month and parents said plz take it we don’t need this service. He requested us to submit all equipment in office and we did it before end date.
Then also they cut some charge though it was submitted before due date. We requested and office member did tv recharge which will end on 9th sept as he said
Yesterday we got msg recharge will get over in 2 days
How come before 9th sept it’s getting over and why tata sky service is cutting our recharge money for mistake done by your employers
Why should we pay for service which we don’t want. N we didn’t use. Also before last day it was submitted in office by us and not installers.
Parents don’t understand Amazon service or any other,when they said we don’t need .how come they provide free for one month and cut money for 2 months. Will parents understand how to close service by calling. They won’t understand press1 1,press 2 on calls. parents visited office to request to stop service and don’t cut money. Still in 2nd month we face same.
Ridiculous service it is. It’s just troubling people who won’t understand any extra service. In situation like corona old parents need to visit office more often just to request not to cut money though all mistake is from their side.
Can you please escalate my issue. M really very disappointed with service within 2 months.
