Tata Sky today only i bought a new connection with 1 year pack. At the time i was told that star, zee, sony and zee tv will be available in the pack. The representative came to install the same and committed the same. After installation said server is slow will take some time to update. Took payment n went away. Thereafter from baddi office (HP) also same was committed. After 2 hrs one person named manish 097296 33640 from baddi office refused the same as these channels are not included in the pack. Saying we are courier boys of the company and talked rudely. This is the impression your. People are making in 1st instance.

Totally blaming the dealer and saying we dnt knw which pack is recharged. Only there office staff recharged the number at first instance

Still not activating the services asking to pay for the services.
Totally disappointed.
