Text of Complaint by Kalyan:

I paid INR 200 and got a new Tata Sky remote on 2018 Dec 22nd as the existing remote stopped working. Since the last 3 weeks the new remote is not working properly…the volume and remote buttons are not working at all. When I call Tata Sky, they want to charge me INR 100 for the technician to visit and replace the defective remote. When I refused to pay for their mistake, they said ok then we can’t solve the problem (which they created, by giving me a defective remote)
