I have requested for de-installation of TATA sky dish as i’m moving to different city. MY location is mangalore region. initially they said with in 24 hours de-installation will be done and i need to pay 200 to TATA sky account for the same.
i paid the amount. then next day Tata sky technician called and asked i requested him to come at 6PM as i’m working women. he agreed and when i called him at 7.30 pm after waiting for an hour he was disconnecting my call. Again i raised requested 3 times, i waited till 11AM for the call and i left for the office.
then another technician called me and i asked him to come at 6PM he was telling it is not sure becos there office hours is 9-6. if TATA sky people so particular about office hours then whey the hell they call customer after 10AM, what they do 9-10AM.
TATA sky is behaving like they are feeding the customers. Highly pathetic service from TATAsky. If you cant value the customer, shut down your company.
