Text of Complaint by Prashant Raval:

Dear Sir

I have online purchase TATA SKY HD With 6 Month Free Installation of Rs.2200 (Screen Shot for Plan Attach herewith)

But, At the time  of installation Service Engineer say this pack is SD not HD and they could not justify reason for that and I hold installation process for SD connection. After hold of this installation We are continues follow up with TATA SKY HD (Service Center ) & Booking Delear (D2H) Contact No.+91 9999127954 but they are not give us proper response.

After 2 day they give me answer and change pack Rs.2200 to Rs.2800 after that I am agree to pay additional payment. but after that they are not installed HD Setup Box. after next day they give me answer to pay more additional Amt of Rs.400 to activate this pack. and finally i paid Rs.3200 instead of Rs.2200 (My Original Pack Cost).

So, I Request you to please take necessary action on that type of fraud Company (D2H) and I hope you are Able to Reimbursed Rs.1000 which is Pay by us in addition.
