I call customer service from yesterday for start my DD national channel.
At first recorded voice say wait for 10 minutes and from Tata sky reply press 1, I press 1 option but nobody call back from your side.
Again I call today and recorded voice says our customer care executive available in 2 minutes but I wait till 22.30 minutes but your customer care executive not available.
Is this your service .
I know that situation is bad but your service is very poor.

Guys before opting for TATA SKY DTH services stay rest assured that their cust. Care section is one of the worst n most irresponsible in fact, it seems it has been designed in a manner that it doesn’t have any option to take the complaints. I have been using their their DTH, I got my monthly charges it showed that amount has been credited on the screen but soon I got the msg to recharge immediately. Earlier also same Thing happed they got it recharged twice within couple of minutes and credited the amount only once. It seems it’s some kind of financial fraud. That is happening.
Yesterday I tried to call but it didn’t got connected today morning again I called since last 44 minutes it’s sounding please wait n call is still continuing.
