My Tata Sky box is in Warranty and its only 6 months i used it, 3 Days ago i had a problem with the set up box as it went to standby mode and after that the power of the box went off.
Since that time till now (3 days) i have been calling the Tata sky support team and every time they are saying same thing like in 2 hours our representative will call you and again no result.
Why to promise if you cant keep it and every time the response is more frustrating, they dont even understand what customer goes through making calls numerous times.
