We have done complaint related to signal not coming properly & Tata Sky not working before almost 16 days thru your given toll free number.

As per confirmation given by attendant it should be sort out within 24 hrs.
Accordingly technician (9021339648)called us and given falls assurance it will be sort out shortly.
Even from last 15 days no one attained the complaint, today again we called on your toll free number and get to know from your side that complaint was closed as reason mentioned, we were not at home when your technician came to our house.
It is completely case of misconduct of your technician since last time as per Communication with him he confirmed us he is one the way but didn’t reported.
Today also he confirmed us that he will attain the call before 6.30 hrs but as it is, he is not come to attain the complaint.
Please look into the matter seriously.
Looking forward to hear from you and call undersigned at the earliest & expected some serious action against technician so that such things cannot happen in future…
