Text of Complaint by Pushpahas Phadke:

I am a longtime Tatasky subscriber. My yearly package was valid upto 16th March 2019.

I had chosen the required channels using the Tatasky app

On 16th March 2019 I received a message that my monthly charges of Rs. 271 Two hundred seventy one are due and I should recharge before 16th March 2019.

Accordingly I recharged my account with Rs. 300 Three hundred on 16th March 2019.

The services were available till 26th March 2019 and on 27th March 2019 I found out that Tatasky has deactivated all services.

On enquiry with the customercare phone numbers I am unable get the matter resolved.

According to the Tatasky representative the automatic swithover took place on 24th March 2019 and my bill will be different and I should immediately charge then aloan the services will be restored.

Even after explaining to him , he was adamant to listen to the issue or attempting to resolve it.

I have already exercised my option of channels and I do not want the channels I used to subscribe before.

I have also received some more SMSS about recharge of various amounts , which have no relevence , as every time the amount goes on changing !!!

As on today 8th April 2019 you have deactivated my services for 13 or more days.

Can you resolve the problem.
