Since last 3 days I have been pursuing for a new connection but in vein. The help desk and the staffs are of no use. No response from their side. When I am contacting the same reply i.e o.k we are looking after.
I don’t understand what is the reason for denying a new connection. Whether it is a company policy or monopoly.
