Dear consumer help team,

i had a issue with tata sky connection which is not working and i reported a complaint on thier customer care multiple times. But they are not taking any action. From last 2 day my tv connections not working and there no action while requesting to them. They are doing false commitments and saying lying whenever called to customer care.

please sir request you to look into this matter as you understand how this is frustared for family.
