Hello authorities

I want to lodge a complaint regarding unsupportive behaviour of Tata sky customer care people. Even after calling again and again they are neither giving me the connection nor are they refunding my money.

I want to lodge a complaint because despite calling again and again, they are not reverting back nor they are answering my emails. I want that they should be questioned about the same.
