I have complained regarding the apparatus not receiving signal after our area was affected by cycloan Fani but despite of repeated emails,calls and chats there was no activity regarding the same. Rather I was only given false assurance regarding the same. And yesterday also I chatted with their executive who promised to solve my problem within 24hrs.
