Still i m not able to see the channels
Bbc earth,
natgeo people hd,
Fox life hd.
In my account they are showing. But when i switch to dis channels the screen is blank.
I m already very irritated by der service.

It has been almost a week.
My problem is not solved. My channel r not coming. The repair person came and did few things but couldn’t solve the issue.
Then he called one of of your head office for help. They told me that they will repair it remotely by installing some software but two days has passed nothing had happened.
No even the local tata sky service not receiving my phn.
