I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN USING TATA SKY DTH FOR A LONG TIME.
DURING OCTOBER I PAID YEARLY CHARGES OF RS 4008 TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE OFFER OF 3 MONTHS FREE FOR PAYING YEARLY CHARGES .
THE MY MONTHLY CHARGE AT THAT TIME WAS RS 334.
THE DUE DATE AFTER PAYMENT NEVER REFLECTED 2 MONTHS FREE OVER AND ABOVE ONE YEAR
WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS PROMISED CALL BACK WITHIN THREE DAYS, WEN I DID NOT GET CALL BACK , I CALLED AGAIN ON 31/11 AND WAS TOLD THAT I DID NOT ATTEND TO YOUR CALL. THIS IS NOT TRUE. MY ALTERNATE NUMBER IS ALSO REGISTERED WITH YOU.
I WAS AGAIN TOLD TO EXPECT ANOTHER CALL BACK WITIN ANOTHER 3 DAYS. I STRICT;Y INFORMED THAT BEING SENIOR CITIZEN, I TAKE REST IN THE AFTERNOON AND NOT TO CALL IN THE AFTERNOONAND THIS WAS RCORDED BY YOU.
TILL TODAY, I DID NOT GET A CALL AND I ENTERED INTO A LONG CHAT WITH A LADY WHO ACCEPTED YOUR FAULT AND SAID SHE WILL ARRANGE A CALL BACK WITIN 2 HOURS.
A GOT A CALL FEW MINUTES BACK AND WAS ASKED WHAT IS THE ISSUE I AM FACING. I TOLD THE LADY TO REFER TO MY COMPLAINT .
THE LADY DISCONECTED MY CALL ABRUBTLY/
THIS IS HIGHLY
WHEN THIS DEFFICIENT SERVICE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE.
