My Tata sky subscription ID is 1326994496. I had taken a new connection to my apartment on this 22 June 2019 in South City II, Sector 49, Gurugram. They told me we will provide a 1-month free subscription for a new connection and after then you have to recharge for a six-month package and you have pay 3200 for a whole package 6+1 month free.
When I call to the Tata sky customer care to reconfirm, they told me “Juhi said Sir one-month free plan includes in six months plan & Sir I am sending link pay here”. They charge me 700 extra bucks and even though they did not provide any details regarding payment, subscription packages and what are the channel included in the package.
I also tried to register a complaint to the Tata sky but their customer care contact screen was blank. I spoke to the Tata sky call center and they told me for the new connection, sir you to pay only 2300 not 3200 so ask him what would I do right now “said sorry sir we cannot help you talk to them”.
And these guys are very smart and they now to put my number on busy line whenever I try to call them said “Line is Busy” and when I change my number they pick up calls quickly and after they act like we are unable to listen to you.
I am very much frustrated with calling you guys. This is the worst customer care service. Once they receive the call if they don’t listen properly to the customer & disconnect the calls.
Giving fake promises before buying or installing the Tata sky device after that they don’t even bother to respond to the calls and don’t have time to listen complain issue.
