Dear Team,

I lodged a complain on 25th may 2019 at 8 am, and according to the customer care I supposed to get a call from the technician within 2 hrs. But after giving 15 complaints to the customer care no solution come out. Every time the TAT changes from 2 hrs to 4 hrs to 8 hrs to 24 hrs to 48 hrs to 78 hrs now it is 120 hrs, really hands up to your service .

We are fools that we have subscribed tatasky.

Really disappointed hope you guys will take it seriously, and sort it out ASAP.
