I have booked an complaint on 09/05/2019 as there was no signal on my TV and I was not able to view programs. I was waiting for my complaint for resolve. But to my surprise I rec’d a SMS on my regs. Mobile no 9437031677 that the compliant has been resolved and RS.100.00 has been debited to my account.
Then I rang up TATA sky helpline and told them till then my compliant stands as it is and neither there is any phone call from any technician nor any person visited. The TATA Sky representative said that they are crediting my account with RS.100 and taking a fresh complain.
Accordingly a fresh complain was registered on 11/5/19. But inspite of my repeated follow up and several conversations and assurances given by TATA Sky representatives, my complain stands unattended and unresolved.
My TATA Sky balance in the last 15 days exhausted without watching any programs on TV and ultimately the connection was deactivated . But to my surprise I rec’d a phone call on 26/5/19 that since my account has been deactivated the TATA sky people cannot service my compliant and I have to recharge my account.
And within 2 hours of recharge my compliant will be attended and resolved. Being Sunday I cancelled all my outings with my family and waited for TATA sky people to visit my place.
Then again on Sunday night, on Monday and on Tuesday I rang up TATA sky help line and they again requested me to wait and assure me that as soon as possible my compliant will be attended.
I am very mentally harassed by TATA Sky people . They should come forward and say something definite. It seems customer complaints are being treated very casually.
Till now my compliant stands unattended and unresolved. I am interested in knowing the modus operandi they are following in resolving the customer compliant s and getting my compliant resolved immediately without any charges and reverse of my account balance exhausted
