Dear Sir
I have been waiting for the almost a day for installation. I have done everything online and there is no help from you in assigning a technician to install the box. All the executives are giving me fake and false promises that the technicians will call me shortly. But it has not happened yet. If the starting is like this, what service one can expect in the future. Please look into this matter.
