• Tatasky day recharge plan does not provide validity of 24hrs as stated in trai website
• As speaking to customer care came to know that eg if you recharge on 23th mar at 7.00pm then your connection will be valid till 23mar 12.00 which is just 5 hr instead of validity till 24th mar 07.00 pm
• This information is not shared to user or any trai website hence fooling customer
