Hi Sir/Madam,

My name is Arun.

I took the new Tatasky connection in Mysuru from the dealer T.N. Govinda Raju, 9448609182, Vinayaka Enterprises, Siddhartha Nagar, Mysuru-11 on 12th April 2019. I chosed the Semi annual Telugu plan for Rs.2900/-. He activated Kannada pack. Then I informed him to change the pack to Telugu but he is not responding to my problem also he blocked my mobile number in his mobile. Please do the needful. I informed Customer care also but they are telling like sir we are sorry we cann’t change any pack but they are not giving any solution to my problem.
