My self Wing Commander Bansidhar Jena, (B Jena), and my TATASKY ID – 1210835177.
I have been having problems in viewing Prime Video ever since Amazon Fire Stick has been installed on 2nd July 2020. Prime Video does not open or plays.
A number of complaints as regard to this inconvenience has not resolved the problem even though technicians have visited two times besides visit on day of installation.
Although as part of the scheme, initially for three months, all channels are available and payment is to be made after this period, but still we were advised over phone for making payment of Rs. 129/- for Prime Video and we have paid.
As advised this evening by Mr Abhinay, I am mailing 03 screen shots of Prime Video, taken chronologically. It is in forwarded mail.
Please resolve this as an urgent matter.
