On 9th march evening suddenly my Tatasky connection stopped working so I called tata sky helpline number and they ask me to register a complaint and next day their technician came and check my dish and set-top box and everything was ok then he tightens the wire and it started to display but at the same time, it came to our notice that same technician has came on the previous day (9 march) to repair our neighbors tata sky connection and that time he loosen our wire so our connection stopped working and i had to register complaint.
So all I want to say is technician is doing fraud by making problem in one’s connection when he comes to repair others connection & next day same technicians comes and custoner is charged 150Rs which is not correct. If technician is doing any mistake customer should not be charged.
I raised this complaint 3 times in period of 10 march to 20 march to tatasky customer care but no action is taken and my charges are also not revert back so please look into this.
I hope technician doing such fraud should be stopped and my charges should be reverted back.
