Tata sky , the DTH service provider, started this issue some time back when they had problems with Sony network & blocked a few of their chennels, even after the so called settlement of the issue, some free channels continued to be blocked.
There after, when the TRAI rule came into force important channels like main entertainment channel JAYA TV is not given & there is no way of subscribing it any way. . . either through the bouquet or as a la carte, also the Sony HD +1 which is a free channel is blocked only by Tata Sky.
No clear explanation is given when contacted, they only say it is not available, but it is very much available, others are getting it only Tata Sky subscribers don’t get it.
I have read a number of such similar complaints online. So, why is this happening? Is there nobody to stop them from harassing the customers?
