Hi,
This is regards to your TATA sky connections at my residence I have been facing acute problems with the service and your Tata sky service.
For the past few days I have been complaining to your customer care and the engineers that come over are incompetent and do not wish to provide service and correct the problems.
This will my 5th email to your office and I am yet to receive any kind of response and resolution.
Has bad service become a norm for Tata group. Well this is not the Tata group I had worked for 25yrs back.
It’s really appalling and disturbing with the kind of service and customer satisfaction you aim for.
