Dear sir,
I have raised a technical issue complaint on 2nd April. On the next day service engineer called and told that due to lock down the issue can be resolved post 14th April. Even after lock down extended and I felt they may come later. On 16th May I received a message that my recharge amount of 1500rs was consumed and pay recharge amount to keep my account active. I have not enjoyed even single day of services after paying 1500rs. Hence I complained back about the same along with service request. People attended and resolved the technical issues but my amount issue was not resolved. Later when I called to customer care, again they asked me to raise complaint. On 1st June I have raised my 3rd complaint and still it was not resolved. The person who has called aftet my 3rd complaint, was not responded properly with my wife.
Request you to look into this issue and do yhe needful. As this is bigger amount, I am pushing for this much time. Please understand
