Tata Sky Nodal Helpdesk ignored my Complaint even after sending a reminder to check it on priority basis-

I’m very disappointed with your Tata Sky service for the ignorance of my requests over the phone & twitter. It’s related to a promise made by one of your Supervisor/Manager in the month of July last year (2019) which isn’t fulfilled yet. You must listen the call recordings to take a strict action against those people who send us the promotions & make promise which doesn’t fulfill on time & I have been chasing this matter for more than 12 days now. My Tata Sky services are deactivated on day-before-yesterday & no response has received when I had raised my concern ‘over the phone’ & ‘Twitter’ handlers. This is a complete ignorance of your complaint helpdesk who couldn’t connect with me after making some excuses & some Twitter Executives (named Sandy, Rahul, Vishal) have made false promises to check the things on priority basis but no resolution has made as of today. Attached are the screen-shot for my Twitter a/c which proves when I had raised my concern & no response so far!!!!!!
 
I have been using your Tata Sky services since a long time & doesn’t want to escalate to TRAI if you can get this sorted on priority basis. My monthly subscription is 314.40 (3780 yearly). In the month of July 2019, I had paid 3806/- INR (3330 + 302 + 174) in total which is more than the amount 3780/- i.e. annual cost of my Tata Sky subscription but still, your system hasn’t credited the extra one-month promotion benefit which was promised by your Supervisor in the month of July (2019). Your Supervisor might have thought that a customer can easily forget about this extra promotion & made a false promised as I haven’t received the benefit & my TV services are deactivated now. 
 
On 10th July 2020, I had raised my concern (27GRZ6IY) to speak with your complaints team & 27TJIJ7V (on 13th July) but no one bother to contact me to get this sorted. This shows, how careless people you have hired in this Complaints department which are really useless & providing the extremely pathetic services.
 
I also escalated my Tata Sky concern on Twitter & these three advisors have falsely assured me to get a resolution but they all simply ignored my requests. This proves that all the advisors (to whom talked with) are not doing their right job with such a big brand (Tata) who has a collaboration with Sky. Sky TV provides an amazing experience to their customers (in abroad) & we (Indian) really expect to receive the benefit which was promised at the time of recharge last year (2019). For this hassle, I also need a ‘Compensation’ for taking extra time as I had informed you people 12 days before!!
 
This email is regarding a Complaints to all these Tata Sky Executives who made fool of mine. I really expect a good feedback for the inconvenience caused for the first time.
