Tatasky stopped around 40-50 channels delivery to my setop box before due date of 13/4/19. Later when this was informed, they mentioned of having done some firmware /software upgrade and then these channels shall be viewable. It however turned out that the setop box went on standy and on tata sky request, had to be replaced paying Rs.600/-
Even after renewing on 17/4, there is still same problem of non viewability of 40-50 channels like times now, wion, star sports 2, murasu tv, etc. Inspite of reminding almost daily once minimum and sometimes twice of thrice, tatasky has not been able to rectify the issue. I have requested if it cannot be rectified, please have the necessary credit given to me for these channels .
Please arrange to rectify the issue or arrange credit on regular basis till the issue is resolved.
