Text of Complaint by Sumit Poddar:

I have a Tata Sky connection and my Subscriber ID is 1158976454. After the Amphan cycloan, my antenna got broken and I made a complain (WO No 1-238CFMZY) for the same on 21st May, 2020. I was assured of a technician visit within 24 hrs, but have not got one even after 24 days.

I have called their Consumer Care number multiple times, but they are unable to provide any resolution and even not able to provide a date by which my complain will be closed.

I have also received a call on 30th May and was informed that the technician will visit the next day, but they never showed up. I also got a call 11th June that the person will come next day, but no one showed up.

I am really being harassed as a consumer due to this, as I am having to call them every now and then for the resolution, but my time only gets wasted.

I would like a closure of my complain at the earliest and would also like a compensation for the harassment faced.
