I have recharged on 19 Jan 2019 for 1 Year, Pack = Annual Platinum South HD + MultiTV. By this time TataSky knew that from April 2019 the Packs are going to be changed. Still TataSky suggested me to renew for 1 Year.
From 1st April 2019 to 13th May 2019 I have not used TataSky, but I am charged as I did not opt for Temp Suspension. TataSky selected the Pack on behalf of me and charged me for this period. They selected Some Tamil Pack and charged on me. I view Telugu, the same I asked Tatasky says the selected the package that is relevant.
All this is done as there is Amount in My Account, if there was no Amount this issue would not have happened. So that is why I am asking for re-fund of my Amount and I will go for Monthly basis. But Tatasky replies to me as if the above is not relevant to them.
What I am asking is fair, for what has been done to me by TataSky. As the July Month is going to start, charge me or My Account for or up-to 31 July 2019 and re-fund the remaining amount to the bank I have paid on 19 Jan 2019.
From 1 August 2019 I will pay and use TataSky.
I am not getting relevant answers, so I had to come here. Hoping to get some justice.
