Dear Sir/Madam,
Greeting of the day.
Hello Im Mohit on behalf of sheela rani My Tata Sky Subscriber Id-1095573158.
I here by inform you that your tata sky service was Worst and More Pathetic that i had never seen before. We are a tata sky Subscriber for last 4-5 year and for last 2 year my house was under construction there was no use of set tpp box. after that 2 year we are recently use this dth there was a problem for dth they were not receiving signal properly, the tv channel was some time breakdown and stuck not properly display the channel.
I’m Complain regarding the dth Signal on dt:-05-01-2019 Tata Sky Wo No#1A6772W2 1st time and is schedule is 06-01-2019 at time between 11 to 11:30AM I’m still waiting for engineer but the engineer was not come as per schedule time.The tata sky service provider are say without knowing what kind of problem in dth they directly say the cost will be Rs.300/- for reinstalling and there talking behaviour was not good and he say that first recharge yourself then then they will send the engineer. I am recharge Rs120 dth and many time calling to tata sky customer care and inform about the provider what they are told that, this schedule was cancel and there was no intimation was received on behalf of tata sky and they disconnect the call. They always says that sorry for inconvenience, hold a call or transfer the calls.
And then there was Re-Schedule on Dt:-06-01-2019 Tata Sky Wo#1A72AAIR 2nd time but still waiting on sunday (06-01-2019) whole day but engineer come @ 5:30PM they check the dth and say that the LNP was defected and its change and without try to open the LNP nut its say that it was change & chargeable Rs.150 and dish was shifting Rs.300/-. And that Second time was same my problem was not sort out without my knowing or concern the second time complain was closed again disconnect the call again. In my second time says that sorry for inconvenience, hold a call or transfer the calls.
Then Now today is 07-01-2019 the technician team was continue calling but my problem was not sort out and i am currently drafted a mail for my issue.
 
IF TATA SKY PROVIDE THIS KIND SERVICE ITS BETTER TO SWITCH THE OTHER DTH AND ALSO SUGGEST TO OTHER NOT TO INSTALL THIS TATA SKY.

  1. I am also facing the same problem with subscriber id:1199877273. It was clearly signal issue and their service person came and changed the dish place stating that signal strength is not good at the present place. Then they charged me Rs.300 and after that I tried many times to contact customer care and their answer was not logical and Rational…How a customer is responsible for signal problem..its a million dollar question for me??

  2. I too have the ssame problem get to watch 1_2 hours per day not signal –their executive can’t help — their tape recorded mssg say it will resume after 10 mins ! They are cheats — they make packages which they only can understand .they give tel nrs which are chargable and the provider will give price for the call . 3 hrs to follow up — then they give option of what’s app and view on mobile which is another scam and there are many waiting to use the mobile to hack phone or watch prog . Along
