this is the reference of issue regardind star chanels in tataplay.
tatasky drop star sports 1 hindi from tataplay mobile app.i have pay the charges to tataplay for this chanel.same chanel visible in TV but block in mobile app.and says you can purchase different app subscription to watch the channel.
my question is if i have already pay the amount for the chaneel then why they block from my moblie app.

Hi, we understand your concern. These channels are not available on Tata Play mobile app for live TV viewing as the broadcaster has stopped the feed. You can continue to watch your subscribed Star Network channels on your TV, as before.
