my connection was annually in tatsky and the connection is on my mothers name and now they have changed my connection from annually to monthly without consulting me and when i asked them through customer care they are saying due to TRI rules the connection is changed from annually to monthly and when i asked them where it is mentioned in TRI they dont have any explanation regarding that and also TRI gives us liberty to choose the channel according to our choice but tatsky didnt even ask us regarding that even though i called the customer care and requested them that please the channel which is going right now kindally continue that channel but know the comapny whant to make profit thats why they have choosen the channel according to them now according to tatsky i am paying monthly more then rupees 500/- per month and when i raised my voice the statement from customer care was that this thing is done with all the other customers sorry to say if the company want to do each and every thing according to them for there profit then why are we people here my parents are old and tatsky do the things according to them and my parents cant even identify there issues sorry to say this is dictatorship and one sided and when i try to do complain then they are not even listening keeps my call on hold if previously i have paid for annual then its company responsibility to look after the matter not mine inspite of that they are cheating on us

  1. Hi, annual packs for new and existing subscribers are discontinued in compliance with the new regulation on pricing. You are migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. You may still add/remove packs/channels in your subscription, as per your choice too by going to mytatasky.com or the nearest Tata Sky dealer. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.
