I am an existing customer of tata sky broadband and requested for relocation on 29th september 2020 and as requested i provided the address proof for the new location. i was informed that the connection will be setup between 48 hours.
Today is 7th Oct but i have still not received the connection. I have been continously calling the customer care number and have been emailing them but everytime i am being told that it will take next 24 hours.
Today i was told that the connection will be installed by 7pm as all the formalities have been taken care of. I called customer care again and was told that it will take more 24 hours as address has not been updated in the system.
I have not been able to work from past 7 days which resulted in a lot of escalations in my office. They are playing with my bread and butter.
The customer care has hungup on me atleast 20 times.
I need compensation for the mental harassment and for playing with my job.
