Text of Complaint by PRASHANT KOUL:

I have paid Rs2832 for 3 months Tata Sky Broadbill bill but in their tax invoice, they are giving me tax receipt of Rs 2478.

When i asked, i need full amount of tax receipt, they said its not possible. I told them that bill amount was 2832 and I made payment for 2478 and in my wallet balance, Rs 354 was already there.  So in total, my payment was for Rs2832.

what they are saying is ” Tax receipt will only show amount for 2478 as it was the online payment and we can’t provide tax for 354 as it was not online payment. I said its my money which is there in my wallet and it i should get tax receipt for that amount as well.

So in this scenario, if i suppose add 10000 in my wallet, and bill amount is 3000, so they will do taxation of 10000 rs which is not correct. they should put tax amount on billed amount instead of Payment amount made by customer.

Its clearly a BUG
