Text of Complaint by Rishi Mittal:

I have taken a subscription from Tata Sky on Sep 2020 where they had committed for free subscription of Tata Binge for three months. After several call made to them they have not disconnected Tata Binge Service for which, since day one I have not shown any interest. On Dec 2020 after shouting on their call center members they have disconnected the TATA Binge. In the mean time on 6th October 2020 I made a payment for Yearly subscription for 5854 (487 PM * 12) where they have committed to me for 13 months subscription. That means this will be continued till 15th Nov 2021.
Now issue is that they have started asking for further money from 15th Sep 2021. On connected to their call center I came to know that they have increased their charges from 487 to 504 Rs per month from 1st of June 2021. Also they deducted 299 for next 3 months for binge which is actually a free service from TATA Sky which can be proved if they will go through there recorded line in call center for subsequent months in Dec 2020.
My issue is I will ready to pay 17* 4 months increased subscription fee but not for which I had been cheated in the name of free service i.e. Tata Binge.
Although there call center leader Suman has added a good will token money to my subscription with Rs 111 which does not fulfill my demand (continue till 15th Nov 2021). As per them I have to make a payment of Rs 940 for availing the services till 15th November 2021.
