I have been wrongly billed for the services for relocation.When I returned from Bombay to Bangalore, wherein I have a Common Dish in our building and my TV was originally connected to this Dish and the cabling was already available right upto the TV.

I simply connected my TV and starte viewing. Since I had some problem in viewing certain channels, I made a request to attend only to this issue. The Call Centre however treated this as a relocation request and I was not to pay any charges for the visit of the technician and pay only for materials supplied as I was a long term subscriber which was told told me. After visit of the technician, the complaint got closed without any charge as no extra material like Dish and cable were supplied.

However the issue for not being able to view all the channel persisted. With this action you understand that the relocation had already taken place without any charge. When I continue to complain about the inability of viewing certain channels, I have been making complaints.

In the meantime I found Rs. 600 had been debited to my account on 27th April 2019 as relocation charges , where the relocation to the same address had already done.  Please note that no technician visited me, leave aloan installing Dish and providing cable.

Since then I have been following up with your Customer Care Call centre innumerable times and also by E mails but of no value, everytime generating a new request. I had also already escalated this issue to the Nodal Oficer. Still no response. You may notice that the problem is still not resolved.

I bring the following two points for your kind notice:

  1. Taking into account that the relocation got done on my initial request around 8th April  without any charges (as I happened to be a long term subscriber till migration i.e. upto around 15/16th April), how could there be again a relocation carried out in the same address at a later date.No technician visited my place and installed any Dish or Cable. 

    It is amply clear that the Franchaisee  has misguided and raised a bill with you for the services not provided at all.  In this case I may be given a proof of such installation  physically at the relocated address and supply of the said materials like Dish,Cable etc., Please arrange to depute your engineer to my Bangalore address and get it verified.

  2. No technician visited and installed any Dish.
  3.  I get empty promises from your Call Centre everytime I contact them. In spite of escalating this issue, no response but for generating fresh Complaint dockets against my E mail requests. I regret to state that there is no response from the Nodal Officer too for my mail addresses to him. You would understand and appreciate that issue needs to be addressed on priority. Looking forward for a tangeable resolution.
