Hi,

I yvsn.prasad subscribed tatasky service and using the same from last 2 years. We have called to local tatasky agent for checking setup box working condition from last 4 days and did not get any response till yesterday, he picked up the call today and using bad language when we asked for service and also said he would not come to give service.

As a subscriber, we are paying the money for channels and also good will service. We never thought that this abusive language would come from the worker who is working in reputed company like tata. I am also planning mail to higher flow of officers if we did not get any response from your end.
