On the 23rd of July I received a message from Tata Sky to make a payment or my account would be deactivated at midnight.
I promptly made the payment of Rs164 and received a sms saying that the payment was unsuccessful and I should make another payment. I was also mentioned that if the first payment was successful the money would be credited into my account in 7 days.
I then made the second payment and I got a message saying Rs 328 was in the account and my next due date was extended to 22 -9-21. There was no mention of a refund as promised earlier but the money was adjusted for 2 months .

On the 28 th i got a message saying that my balance was over and I had to make a payment or else the service would be stopped.
On the 29 th on calling you customer care representative I was told that Binge had been activated and the money had been used for Binge.

I told the representative that I had been misled, firstly the company said that they would refund my payment if it was made twice.
Secondly Binge was activated even though the funds were insufficient.
Had i received a mail i would have got in touch with the company’s representative immediately.
On the 29 th when I called to make this complaint I was shiffted around and asked to talk to 3 different representatives.
The last person Momita by name said she was a supervisor and would have someone call me back in the next 24 hours.

It has been over 48 hours and no one has called from your esteemed company.
I was also told that the money was not refundable. I then asked her for a written statement mentioning where i had defaulted and mentioning the error on my path. She also said that this was not possible.
It is very sad to see an esteemed company like Tatas function in this manner.
I do hope that my problem is settled and I will not have to take it to the next level.
