I suffer from 4-5days for some channels can’t see like ABP maza, zee marathi, colours marathi & much more channels I can’t see, that’s why I call to customer care executive for solving my problem but they said I can’t do anything just I call to technician &pay 150₹ to her…
When a customer suffer from 4-5day without seeing & then also customer paying charges… What is this… It’s not fair sir,
The main thing is my Tata sky strength is very good 131/mtr.80+, so it’s not my side problem…
On this movement customer will die both the side, one side they can’t see the channels then aslo they paying charges & second side is customer will pay to technician to solve the problem..
