I am user of tatasky for last many years.on April 7,2019 I added money to my tatasky account as per your customer care representative call to make balance of Rs 8446/-.i received a message stating monthly charges 699/- and validity april3 2020 with one extra month of flexi scheme.on 15/04/2019 I received a message stating monthly charges 722/- and validity 23/03/2020.i lodged complaint and I got five call backs everybody listened but did provide solution that why my monthly charges are increased. Very poor response and total dissatisfaction leads me to thinks about discontinuation and legal action.
