Fed up with the Tata Play Team
Raised a complaint with Tata Play regarding signal issues, reached Tata play Toll-free # for technician help, technician rectified the problem. Later received a call from a customer care executive requesting for OTP to close the complaint, but I received an OTP for Tata play Binge subscription OTP, and received around 20 OTP for Binge activation, I explained the executive (Name: Gayathri) that the OTP is for Binge activation, but she continuously calling and asked for the OTP that it is for closing the complaint request, and I confirmed with her that this is for Binge activation and you asking for it, confirm me whether any amount will get deducted from my tata play account, she said it will not happen. without no other way I informed the OTP and binge got activated and Rs. 59 got deducted from my tata play account, suddenly she realized and canceled it too, and cut the call, I tried calling her but she blocked my number. I never thought that Tata Play would recruit such a person as a customer care executive. Now, I am calling continuously for a refund but no response from the customer care side. Please be aware of fraud people calling for unwanted pack activation. We have the idea to add/drop any pack, but this is the new trick to cheat us. Having all the call records.
