I had booked TataPlay Connection on 15th August 2022 and made payment online for Rs.2279. The executive visited my home and said that they cannot provide the connection as our roof top is covered and we will not receive signal. So they cancelled my request: Subscriber id: 1466613708. After that I have been continously in touch with the customer care and everytime they tell that someone will contact me regarding the refund. But I have not received any call or my refund is not paid yet.
Please help me get my refund.
