Tata play team upgraded hd box to Android
Tata binge.
They deducted 1700 before installation
Executive left place without confirmation Android box is working saying it will work in 2 hours. But it is showing error account. Is deactive though 2k balance was there on day of installation.
Since then it is 15 days. 10 requests raised, recorded line calls almost everyday.
Nothing happened no one solved or even called to check if it is working but everyday 200 rs are deducting.
No hopes of solution
Everyday new person picks phone explain same problem with adding one more day of unavailable service.
Still same message not moving ahead but money deducted sincerely everyday.
