I recently purchased a new Tata Play HD connection in Tata Play for ₹1303(in total) with my sister’s name Joshika, Subscriber Id : 1474131800, in mobile number 8**8**9**5 (as per Payment Receipt) on 20th October 2022. But due to a major technical issue in my TV, where servicing it takes more than a month, I planned to cancel the connection for now and avail later when things get sorted.
I raised multiple calls to Tata Play customer care for an update regarding my cancellation or a resolution of my cancellation with my amount refunded, where the response was either very WORST by repeating the same answer or no answer by saying “We will update you soon sir”.
Yet neither an update nor the refund have not happened, for more than 10 Working days and I’m deeply dejected by the service which makes me worried about availing service in the future.
Kindly take action to revert back my amount of ₹1303, which will be much needed for my service expenses
