I did Annual Recharge for Tata Play on 4th July 2022. As per the offer showing in TATA PLAY mobile app… if annual recharge is done by using Deutsche Bank Debit card, cash back for a period of 2months will be given. I did the recharge as required, but got cash back for only 1 month. On writing mail to tata play they are telling that mobile app is showing wrong and I will get only 1month cash back.
I attach the photo of the offer in mobile app. Mind you, as I write this complaint the offer still shows in mobile app.
The company should be held accountable for such misleading offers and I should be given credit for 2 months as committed.
