I am not able to use TATA PLAY Binge services more than a month and I was charged for the same. I had raised request with TATA PLAY Binge first on 20-04-April-2022. More than 30 times called and complaints raised and these were closed without resolution. Both technician and TataPlay Binge customer care executives are playing with this issues. Without my knowledge they are closing the work order and again they are book new work order. They are not at all taking compliant against customer care executives. They are giving wrong complaint number. Please help to fix the issue and assist how can I get compensated for a unresolved issue pending more than 20 days.
