I recharged 199 to stream content on binge. But wasn’t able to. I called the customer care, and the associate is telling me to uninstall and install the app for right details. And I lost 199rs. Then I again recharged with 249 where I can stream on tv, mobile and laptop too. And now that subscription amount is deducted but I can’t see the content. For past 3 days I’m calling the customer care number, almost wasting my half of the day talking to them. And till now I don’t get any resolution jot refund. Every time I call them they ask me to wait for 2-3 more days. This is a scam. The customer care has no resources or solutions to our problems.
