I availed Tata Play Binge Subscription for my TV on 23rd October 2022.There is no content available even after paying 2999Rs,Mega annual plan.I have tried reaching the customer care,emails,phones, innumerable times,but in vain.Fed up with the issue,i have been requesting for cancellation and refund of the amount,since 1 week.There is no response whatsoever,to any form of communication,either on email, customer care,WhatsApp or on Phone call.This is totally disheartening.I want my subscription to be cancelled and refunded at the earliest.
